Career Objectives

Post-Graduation Goals

Goal 1:
After graduating, my first goal is to secure a position in business management or operations, where I can apply my leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and academic training to help an organization grow efficiently and strategically.

Goal 2:
My second goal is to continue developing professionally by gaining experience in project coordination, team leadership, or business analytics, with the long-term aim of moving into a management or executive-level role.

Current Strategies to Reach My Goals

  1. Balancing Academics and Athletics
Competing as a collegiate athlete has strengthened my time management, accountability, and teamwork skills—qualities that are essential in professional business environments.

  2. Developing Business Knowledge Through Coursework
I actively apply concepts learned in business administration classes, including leadership, communication, and organizational strategy, to real-world scenarios.

  3. Building Professional Skills Outside the Classroom
I work on improving communication, organization, and leadership skills through group projects, presentations, and collaborative assignments.

  4. Preparing Professional Materials (optional but strong)
I am developing a professional résumé and online portfolio to showcase my academic achievements, leadership experience, and career readiness.
